The suction plate KH 300 L has an large inner volume with a long rubber lip and is suitable for slightly rough/structured surface as rusty sheet metal. Because of the long rubber lip only light contact is required before vacuumising When lifting thin material, we recommend an inner support to prevent deformation of work piece.
Because of the articulating piece between base plate and suspension bolt (10 to all sides), the base plate will adapt itself to the deformation of the thin material. The bottom spring compensate for unevenness in the position of the load, the upper springs ensure that all suction plates carry their share of the load.
Quick changing of the rubber seal is by unscrewing the hexagon screws.
