The suction plate KH 110 S with groove rubber support and a short rubber lip is suitable for thin materials with a smooth surface like glass metal or plastic sheets. Because of the groove rubber support, there will be no deformation of the material.
Because of the articulating piece between base plate and suspension bolt (10 to all sides), the base plate will adapt itself to the deformation of the thin material. The bottom spring compensate for unevenness in the position of the load, the upper springs ensure that all suction plates carry their share of the load.
Quick changing of the rubber seal is by means of the clamping ring.
